Rules and Rental Agreement

We appreciate you choosing Sphere Photo studio and encourage you to review carefulle the rules of the studio as we want you to have the best experience with self-portrait photography.

1. Photoshoot time and duration

We recommend you to arrive 10 mins prior to the time scheduled for the photoshoot to check in. The actual shooting time starts and endsbased on the time you booked. The Photo Studio premises must be cleaned and vacated by the conclusion of the rental period. Please ensure that all personal belongings and staff are removed, as Sphere Photo Studio bears no responsibility for their safekeeping.

2. Payment

In all cases, we require 100% prepayment for your session. This is mandatory for all bookings, including custom or special requests. Please note that any deposits or fees paid in advance are non-refundable, unless you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. If payment is not received in full at the time of your session, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

3. Cancellation Policy

We request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to accommodate other clients awaiting appointments. Should you need to cancel within 24-48 hours of your scheduled appointment, a 50% refund of the total session cost will be provided. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment will result in a charge equivalent to the full session cost.

In the rare circumstance where we are unable to fulfill the services due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, such as technical issues or equipment failure, a full refund will be provided.

This cancellation policy applies to all forms of payment, including when payment is made from the client’s account. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to our cancellation policy when making reservations.

4. Financial liability

By renting the studio, you confirm that you are financially liable for any damage caused to the equipment, backgrounds, furniture, glassware, and interior of the photo studio, as well as for the actions of individuals accompanying you and present in the studio during the shoot.
All equipment is in good working condition. If you notice otherwise, please immediately inform the administrator so that the malfunction can be rectified or the equipment replaced.
The cost of repairs or compensation is determined by the studio administration in the presence of the client, based on the current rates displayed on the relevant websites.
In the event of refusal, for any reason, to compensate for the damage on-site or to settle the bill, the photo studio administration will promptly contact the police. Additionally, the administration reserves the right to file a lawsuit in court for the forced recovery of damages, with compensation for all legal expenses.
In case of soiling and/or damage to the walls, repair/restoration is charged at $200/sqft, calculated per each squarefeet.
In case of damage to the floor (scratches, stripes, etc.), repair/restoration is charged at $200/sqft, calculated per each squarefeet
In the event of damage, detachment from hinges, or soiling of curtains, a fine of $250 per each curtain is charged.
In case of any damage to the mirror there will be a fee charged to re-install the mirror in the amount of $6,000
If the studio is left in an excessively messy or dirty state, a cleaning fee will be charged ($100). To help maintain the cleanliness of our backdrops, we require all customers to clean their shoes thoroughly before entering the studio. Additionally, we recommend bringing extra changeable clean shoes to avoid any potential dirt.
In case of soiling, restoration is charged at $80/sqft
In case of background damage: $25 for every foot of length starting from the bottom edge of the backdrop until the point where it needs to be trimmed.

5. Safety

Please be aware that our studio uses photography equipment and lighting that may pose potential hazards. We ask that you follow all safety guidelines provided by our staff to ensure your safety and the safety of others.

Please refrain from unplugging power cords from electrical outlets as it may result in potential malfunctions. Violations of this rule will incur penalties.

5. Conduct

We ask that you conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner while in our studio. Any behavior that is deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in termination of your session without a refund.

6. Prohibited

In the studio premises, the following items are prohibited:

Any pyrotechnic devices;
Flares;
Smoke bombs;
Holi powders, acrylic paints, etc.;
Flour;
Tobacco products;
Oil-based substances.
Alcohol

We reserve the right to refuse our services to individuals who refuse to comply with the studio rules, as well as to individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

If a photo or video shoot involving nudity is conducted, all models must have documents confirming their legal age. Photography of a pornographic nature is strictly prohibited in the Sphere photo studio.

7. Occupancy Policy
To ensure optimal working conditions for both our clients and our staff, we allow no more than 5 people in the studio at any given time. In the unlikely event that the client(s) need to bring additional individuals to the studio, please notify us in advance so we can make any necessary accommodations.
