By accessing or using our website, you consent to abide by the terms outlined in this Agreement. Should you disagree with these terms, you are prohibited from using our website.

Use of Website:

Our website is intended for the lawful use of individuals seeking information about our photo studio services. You may employ our website solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with this Agreement.

Intellectual Property:

All content and materials found on our website, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, text, graphics, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Sphere Photo Studio or its licensors, protected by United States and international copyright laws. Utilization or reproduction of any content or materials from our website is prohibited without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability:

We provide our website and associated services “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we shall not be liable for any damages arising from the usage of our website or associated services.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action or proceeding arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts situated in California.

Modification of Agreement:

We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time, with such modifications taking immediate effect upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website following any alterations to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of said changes.

Severability:

Should any provision of this Agreement be deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Cancellation Policy:

We request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to accommodate other clients awaiting appointments.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a refund minus a $10 cancellation processing fee.

Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the scheduled appointment are eligible for a 50% refund of the total session cost.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund.

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment (no-show) will result in a charge equivalent to 100% of the session cost.

In the rare circumstance where we are unable to fulfill the services due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, including but not limited to technical issues or equipment failure, a full refund will be provided.

This cancellation policy applies to all forms of payment, including payments made using client account credits or balances.

We appreciate your understanding and adherence to our cancellation policy when making reservations.

SMS Terms and Conditions:

By opting into our SMS services, you consent to receive text messages from Sphere Photo Studio regarding promotions, updates, and booking confirmations. Standard messaging and data rates may apply. Prohibited:

No Alcohol and No smoking in the studio. A $500 fine will be charged.
