Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Booking
Clients who cancel their session within twenty-four (24) hours of making the original booking are eligible for a full refund of any amount paid.

Cancellation 24 Hours or Less Before the Session / Sale Bookings
Cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled session, as well as bookings made during a sale period, are non-refundable.

Cancellation 24–48 Hours Before the Session
Cancellations made between twenty-four (24) and forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a 50% refund.

Service Unavailability
In the rare event that we are unable to provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances on our end—such as technical issues or equipment failure—a full refund will be issued.

Payment Methods
This cancellation policy applies to all payment types used at the time of booking.

SMS Terms and Conditions:

By opting into our SMS services, you consent to receive text messages from Sphere Photo Studio regarding promotions, updates, and booking confirmations. Standard messaging and data rates may apply. Prohibited:

No Alcohol and No smoking in the studio. A $500 fine will be charged.
